Don't waste your time. They won't keep you informed of their actions, don't do as they say they will. Keep threatening to take their service away from you if you question them! We got given a trainee at first who literally wrote to the other party using my words I put in an email. They have no knowledge of legislations or legal practices. I have had more response when I did the job myself. They don't listen to you, make up their own stories and rules, when you point out mistakes they take their service away. Yet this is a service everyone is entitled to, only it's their way or BYE! The other party ignored this legal team, and what did they do? Exactly nothing!!!! What does that tell you. How they are still running is beyond me, a complete waste of time. They make your problems worse not better and have no interest in you or your concerns at all.

The manager couldn't even include me in the email saying she is taking the service away. She only sent it to my partner because he won't speak up. That is how pathetic these people are because she knows I know my rights and and she hasn't got the audacity to challenge me. Just pure spiteful. You have to hand total control over to them! For what Them to do nothing!

Since taking control back ourselves, we have got responses and answers!!! Within a few days!!! They couldn't get this in months!!!!

They need to be reported.

The Lawyer I had wasted 17 months of my sons time never moved forward with the case finally gave up on him as I felt he was frightened to take the matter to court although being told my son had a very strong case. Never saw a shred of work that he suggested he completed and 3 weeks before submision he got busy with another case. know he refuses to hand the suggested work he completed to me.

CALL IN INITIALLY:Get there before opening join a small queue, all other appointments made by phone. Very helpful place for ordinary people to get great advice.
