Go anywhere else.

Last year we had our first appointments with Sandra in early February and turned in all paperwork a couple weeks later February 16. In Mid march we called for a status and those calls went unanswered/ weren't returned. We called again in early April with the same result. On April 14 we received an email stating we needed to file an extension. Office calls again went unanswered so we contacted corporate who said they would message Sandra . This again went unanswered. On April 15 my wife went to the office. Sandra told my wife the only option at this point was to paper file and had her sign a form. I left work to go to the office and sign this form. When I got there Sandra seemingly had no clue what I was talking about even though it had been less than an hour since my wife was in there. On May 24 we checked online and neither state of federal taxes show they have been filed.

Eventually after hours and hours of phone calls with H&R Block corporate we were able to get resolve. Our taxes had to be completely redone by a different tax professional. We also learned that each time a complaint was filed, Sandra was simply going into the system and closing them out. Sandra was ultimately “separated” from H&R Block. It’s very sad to see that she is reopened under a different business name.

Sandra is nice, but extremely incompetent, disorganized, and lacks integrity. She refuses to address these issues and her answer to resolve this was to block our email. I had no intentions of blasting this business in our small community, but to block our communication is pure cowardice. I hope you avoid victimization by taking your business elsewhere.
