Mac and Lance both worked on my slip and fall case and did an excellent job. It is difficult to prove liability in such cases and my claim was initially denied by the adjuster for the party at fault, but Mac and Lance persevered and obtained a fair result. The settlement packet that they put together was very persuasive, showing photos of the premises where I fell, weather reports concerning the formation of ice on the day I fell, and detailed medical documentation of my damages, including x-rays of my broken femur.
