I was expecting more help on USCIS forms not just filling them out and then saying im on my own. When you pay for a service they should completely help if it has to do with what you paid for and keep in touch not ignore you on social media, phone calls, emails, and text messages. Very disappointing experience. I had to drive 45 minutes one way everytime i needed some answers or basically anything. I love supporting small latina businesses but i will not be returning or recommending to any of my family or friends
