Charles listened to our situation and was able to complete our large legal issues in a timely and accurate manner. He advised us which way would be better to solve our problems and was able to complete the task in one writting of documents which we adjusted very little (with his concurrence) and completed, sighed and filed the documents. Any lengthly completion of documents was due to our decisions. He is very pleasant, and easy to work with. His fees are reasonable and I would highly recommend him and have.

Charlie shared our confidential POAS, wills, and our conversations with our daughter. According to my husband’s doctor, Tucker “pushed” her to file court petitions for guardianship and conservatorship over my husband, plus tried to have him admitted to a memory care facility. Without any investigation these petitions were granted. While I was recouperating from a broken ankle Tucker dropped in to the facility, unannounced with no appointment, to talk with my husband. I fired him the next day. Under no circumstances should anyone consider employing him. Especially if you have any suspicion regarding the person who recommended him.
