One morning we arrived at our office to find a refrigerator sitting in our driveway. We pushed it over to the side of the building until we decided what we were going to do with it. We got a notice in the mail giving us a 6 day time period in which we were to take care of the violation of "Appliances--refrigerator on unenclosed patio", which is understandable. Except I checked the mail and got the notice on the day we were supposed to have it taken care of, oops! So I called and talked to a very nice woman over the phone and she said they would of course give us some extra time to get rid of it. Well silly me... I forgot AGAIN to move the fridge, and on our inspection date, instead of a fine or notice they left a pretty friendly reminder that they were going to give us another day! So that's basically 3 extensions on a violation with no penalty!

When I dial the number and asked me for extensions or wait on the phone for an operator to pick up and then hangs up on me every time. Not good service
