HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! A while ago I closed my checking account here because my card was cancelled by them when all I asked for was a new one because mine wasn't working properly anymore. It didn't need cancelled, it needed updated. Since I'm out of state and can't walk into a branch they said it would be several weeks before I could get a new one. In the end it would have been over a month before I was able to use my account again. So not only did they cancel the card and take their sweet time to send me a new one, I would now have to go thru the headache of getting a hold of all the auto withdrawls and what not that would tie into getting a new bank account. So I went and got a new account somewhere else. The bank wouldn't even attempt to help in any way even though they are the ones that screwed up. Told me that I could pay extra to have the card shipped faster, they wouldn't even comp. the cost of shipping even though it was their mess up. Sad. I closed my account.

I had a vehicle loan with Canvas as well. I recently sold the vehicle personally, not thru a dealer. Since I can't walk into the bank they told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I would have the title in my hands to sign over to the new owner. Who takes a month to a month and a half to mail something that important So I call and say that will not work because the buyer is taking the vehicle to Canada in 3 weeks. I pay $25. and am told the title will ship in 2 days and it will take 4 to 6 days to get here. THEY LIED!! It's been 15 days since I spoke to them and the title was mailed out yesterday!! I'll end this review with the same words I started this review. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked with Miranda ( Mandy ) Yardley many times for a personal loan and to help my elderly mother move her accounts to Canvas. Miranda is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have been a member at Canvas. Great service and staff !

Senessa was uber helpful with reviewing my account. She explained things to me with compassion and seemed genuinely caring. The entire branch has such a great vibe. From the way it smelled when I walked in. To the general atmosphere of the bankers who acknowledged me and made me feel like a friend, not just a member. Please change nothing.

Marlene has been beyond helpful in not only setting up new accounts for me but also imparting general financial advice on how to build my credit and manage my cards. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and ease of establishment and the tiered savings account is way better than at my old credit union! It’s too bad the debit cards aren’t better quality, though.

This is the branch I go to most since moving to Fort Collins a couple years ago, and I've only ever had only positive experiences from warm, friendly staff there. I visited another branch in Fort Collins one time, and that experience was less than stellar, especially in comparison to this branch, on Research. Seems like many negative reviews criticize Canvas as a whole. This branch is one of the best I've been to!
