We have purchased from Harmony Road a few times in the past several months, and just have to say that Reina and Michael are the best to work with!!!
Our very first time purchasing some items from their auction, one item was missing and unable to be located. They gave us a full refund PLUS an additional amount of money for the time it took to wait while they investigated the missing item. We have dealt with them since then, and have to say that they are simply wonderful people! We are grateful to know them, and would use their business again and again!

Harmony Road Estate Sales are awesome people to work with. I am impressed with their kindness and professionalism. I bought a leaf blower/vacuum and unknowingly to me or them took the item home without 2 attachments that are needed to switch from blower to vacuum. I contacted them and after a short time searching the attachments were found. It turns out the attachments were stored in a different spot on the property than the unit itself. I can only imagine how difficult it is for liquidators to keep track of what parts go to what pieces of equipment, especially when they weren't in the same place to begin with. The folks at Harmony Road went above and beyond what they had to do. It's common sense in life that when you buy something used you buy it as is. Harmony Road wanted me to be a satisfied customer and went the extra mile to make my purchase and my experience a good one. They succeeded, and if/when the opportunity arises, I will not hesitate to business with them again. Kudos to you Harmony Road, Job well done!!!

I recently read a review that said, "Avoid this company at all costs; unprofessional and rude." I can't imagine who this reviewer was doing business with. I have been struck by the family's politeness and willingness to help since I first encountered Mike and his family at an auction pick-up in Longmont. You may have experienced the current crop of teenagers today—a group I avoid. Mike's children reminded me of the kids I grew up with 60 to 70 years ago. Polite, willing to help, seen but rarely heard unless addressed, and usually pleasant to be around. I have had the privilege of doing business with Harmony Road on many occasions over the past few years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have been buying and selling through auctions for more than 50 years, and to date, I have not met a more knowledgeable, efficient, and honest group in the auction world. The reviewer may have bumped into Mike on an off day, but I can assure you that if. The reviewer left something out if someone was less than cordial from Harmony Road. A couple that raises teenagers who are standouts among today's teenagers is above and beyond good parents, good business people, good neighbors, good friends, and are not rude.

Working w/ Harmony Road was a pleasure and an extremely easy process. I was in the middle of a move to another country and needed to sell and clear out a variety of items. Much of the process was after I moved and Michael made it extremely easy for me from taking photos, running the auction, arranging pickup for buyers, and cleaning up remaining items either by dumping or donating them. I felt the costs were very equitable and would highly recommend there services for anyone in a similar situation.
