Worst provider I’ve ever had. Makes working from home really difficult when your internet is constantly down. Zero communication of planned outages. Sucks that they’re the only provider in my area. Their service should be free with how many days in a month there are with zero connection. Tried to get some credits in the past but they only offer “faster speeds for $5-$10 less a month.” Can’t wait to go to someone else in a few months!!

The absolute worst internet provider. They are constantly down. They have attempted to make repairs in our neighborhood only two take down service for other neighbors and then leave the job. It’s incredible how incompetent they are. We were just down for over 2 days. They offered a 25% bill credit after I pushed for a credit. We work from home and they have no sense of urgency.

Customer support and billing is the worst they are rude and have a language barrier problem. I believe they outsource to the Philippians. If you get upset they pretend to not hear you and tell you there is a connection issue it’s almost comical. I am so tired of TDS. Thank god, Xfinity is now in my area.

Just made a switch to Xfinity soon as it became available in the area, because TDS would not negotiate the price, after being with TDS for several years. now these clowns are cutting cable that goes to my house a day or two after the Xfinity restores the service. FCC complaint filed, Xfinity legal team is notified, will be filing an official complaint with the City of Arvada shortly. Don't bother signing up with them, with such approach to business they will continue to lose existing customers and soon will go under with flames.

weve had an outage for a day and half now. not one communication regarding outage, repair, nothing. i called in twice now and the 'cutomer service' reps could care less. awful. canceling service.

This company is a horrible company!!! We lose our power multiple times a week and they try to blame our equipment every time. I would change companies if I could, but we don’t have any other companies in our area. This company has no customer service! Beware!!! Deal with this company only as a last resort.

After having to go through the struggle of satellite internet for 7 years with ViaSat and Starlink (which is awesome yet expensive), I can say with 100% certainty that TDS performs worse than satellite internet. I work from home and have been getting disconnected for 5 mins to hours at a time every day since signing up about 2.5 weeks ago. Terribly disappointed and am concerned about my reputation at my job due to my new unreliable internet.

Do not buy from them unless you have no other options. We had unreliable Internet for 2 years with TDS due to old lines that constantly went down. When I cancelled service they wanted me to pay for service I didn't receive. Horrible company to deal with. Comcast is coming to the area, get their services.

Terrible company. Had to call them out 5 times in 6 months to service my internet. Each time, the issue was caused by their own cheaply made equipment. If you have cell service that works well at your house, get your carrier’s WiFi instead. If I could put zero stars, I would. Also, their customer support team is definitely not US based.
