Gilbert Montoya has fought hard for me when I needed legal help a few times and recommends him to family and friends. He is tough, skilled and represented me well. I highly recommend Mr. Montoya and we are not related.

xThe Montoya Law Group is absolutely top notch! I was getting screwed by my insurance company badly. I hired Ruben and his awesome team and they got me a settlement that was more than I was expecting (by about 20k!)

Best of all, everyone in the office always went the extra mile to communicate with me and answer my questions. I can't say enough about how great they are!

we went to gilbert to get visitation of our grand kids. gilbert didn't listen to what we were asking for and ended up presuming we wanted what he had decided. he presided to say one grand child instead of two. the mother had no rights to the kids and the father was keeping them from us. that's why we went to gilbert, he stood in court and did not represent us like he said he was. it looked like he was afraid to say anything to the judge. we sat there and watch the courts give our request for visitation to the mother of the kids. we kept asking him why this is happening and his response was mother has rights. even though she gave them up before. we had given him thousands of dollars to help us and all he did was sit there. he did not listen to us and let the mother get our visitations.
we ended up firing gilbert because he wanted more money just to give us information that he should have given us anyway. we feel we were ripped off by gilbert. we didn't know we had to spend thousands of dollars just to file paper work. because that's all he did. We recommend you find another lawyer. we ended up being in the same position we were in to began with. gilbert is all about the $$$$$$$ and not the case is what we feel happened to us...
