I started using TurboTenant about a year ago as my first property management platform, and I have to say—it’s been incredible. Everything runs smoothly and is super easy to use. You can link bank accounts, run ID and background checks, collect and deposit rent, send automated reminders, draft lease agreements, and send e-sign requests—all in one place.

TurboTenant’s marketing tools for listing rentals are also fantastic! It makes listing properties, getting leads, screening tenants, and setting up showings effortless. It’s a seamless system that saves a ton of time.

Definitely a 5-star platform! If you're a landlord, give TurboTenant a shot—even if you think you’re happy with what you’re using now.

“The mobile app could use a good updating!!!!” Pretty difficult to see everything, actually hard to see menu and other items on the app. It works ok but REALLY needs updating! “

Once I got it going, the marketing and rent collection run themselves. Able to convert an application to a lease in under five minutes utilizing e-signature. Even faster is the speed the new tenant can fund the deposit and first months rent. Work orders are a breeze. Tenants can upload a photo and give a detailed description of the needed repair. Everything is documented and saved. No more accusations of the landlord never fixing anything. Tenant's love it, everyone's covered.

This app is a scam. They took money for two application fees from me. One started by me (landlord), one by tenant. The link sent from the landlord could not be opened. The potential tenant started an app for the house and paid again. The application that they filled out does not show up on my turbotenant account. I have now spent $110 on fees through this app and will miss out on a months rent. It has been a week since I started trying to resolve this issue and the customer service reps have no clue how anything works. I have never dealt with such a poorly put together program. Don’t fall for this scam. Find another way to screen tenants

This company has made it so easy to create a lease for my new tenant. They asked all the questions, included state specific lease information and all my rent and documents will be collected through the app. So glad I found Turbo Tenant! Now I need more properties!

We have a double digit rental portfolio and we love TurboTenant! It really helps us organize everything, it's affordable, and actually looks good. We've also benefitted from their offerings: REI Hub helps with accounting, Armadillo is a Home Warranty company (we pay $55/mo; they suck at email communication but are better on the phone), and Steadily for affordable home insurance. I'd suggest it to anyone. The only feedback, that I've told them about twice, is that you cannot use the payments features in the app, you have to go to your mobile browser.

They have excellent customer service and answer most questions at the time you ask them. I've been on TurboTenant for about 3 years now. Also, they have a really excellent library of helpful tips and frequent online training sessions.
