Jamie and Lori of Colorado Estate Sales have perfected the art of estate sales. When my home sold unexpectedly fast and I had a very short escrow, they came to my rescue. These two women worked hard on a short time frame to make my down-sizing estate sale not only easy, but a great success. They were so easy to work with, respectful, and took charge of organizing in a way that worked for me, always asking questions yet also moving forward in a very efficient manner. From our first meeting, I had the sense that this was not their first estate rodeo, yet they were sensitive and tuned in to my personal preferences in organizing and describing things for sale in such a way that generated enthusiasm in the auction process. The descriptions helped people understand what they were looking at in Lori's photos. and Lori is a pro with the photos--seeking good light, multiple shots, and helpful angles until she gets it right. Both women are super good with tracking details and monitoring the bids and sales. They are also great with following up with bidders by phone, answering questions, and meeting them on pick-up day. When my home sold quickly and I had some serious downsizing to do, they made it possible--everything went so smoothly that I can't imagine how so much was accomplished in such a short time. They cleaned up completely, AND....several days later I had a big fat check! No regrets, and no doubt about it, this is THE estate sale business to go with in the Boulder/NW Denver area!

My Dad had been a collector his whole life. When he passed away I was facing a house and multiple sheds packed to the rafters. Colorful Colorado Estate Sales was beside me the entire way, from sorting through everything and identifying treasures to selling online and on site to the accounting for the sales. They helped sort collections, and even tested some items in online sales to see if there was demand. Their experience with everything from antiques and collectibles to furniture to everyday household items was impressive. They helped group similar items together to create themed auctions, and then identified other items for an on-site sale. When I looked through the auction listings, I didn't recognize some of the items because of how fantastic the photos and lighting were. They handled the pickup, photography, selling, shipping, and the accounting for the sales. Without their compassion, dedication, and tenacity, I would still be sorting through everything. I can't recommend Colorful Colorado Estate Sales enough. The will the only estate sales company I will ever use.
