Deb is a very nice lady, but she does not do careful work and she does not care about the consequences of her negligence. We had been going to Deb for her tax services since 2017 and she gets the tax returns done and filed quickly. However, in 2018 we received a surprise letter from the IRS for a large sum of tax that we owed in correction to our 2017 return. Deb did not help us with this at all so we just paid the amount and moved on.

We decided to give her a second chance and continued to go to her for our tax needs. This year, after our 2019 return was filed, I found a large error in the return where income was not reported. We were very clear about our situation regarding this up-front and she chose to ignore it. And then when I reached out to her asking for her to amend the return (which she was obligated to do since we paid her for filing a return that was incorrect), she agreed. But then she proceeded to ignore our request for the amendment for months. Even after multiple times of following up to request it. To this day, we still have not received the amendment from her even though we originally asked for it in April. I ending up buying TurboTax in order to replicate the original return and amend it myself.

If anyone from this company should contact you, STAY AWAY!!! Greg Wilson ,who is apparently moved here this year, to ruin more people’s lives. Greg Wilson, not only messed my taxes up last season, to the tune of H $ R block had to redo them, but he couldn’t have cared less. He used to be off Sheridan and 2oth ish. In lot with Target. Took me months to get it figured out, still having issues, because of Greg Wilso, from Eddie tax service. TERRIBLE person
