Had a parking ticket mixup when I was incorrectly issued a ticket and had received notice that the violation was removed. This must not have updated in their database because I still received a collectors notice to pay for the ticket. I simply gave Cynthia a call and had the issue resolved immediately. I received a letter from this firm requesting $55.00 for NO Ticket on DASH. My daughter parked there since she was called in for Jury Duty that day. She even emailed them copies of the receipt When I called today the girl was rude and really didn't care. I explained that she paid for the parking so what was this $55.00 for she said for NO Ticket on Dash. I already complained to BBB and our local Chanel 5 News asking them to investigate . I was issued a collection notice from Secure Parking USA for a violation for a date/time/location where I was not present. My TN vanity license plate number 12345 is quite popular it seems. There are 182 specialized plate backgrounds available in TN, some of which allow duplicity of this number. For instance "Fiends of the Mountains' allow duplicity, but not 'Vietnam Veterans'. When researching the plate number for a violation, it is necessary to look at the vehicle description. A white Audi, not my tan Jeep, in this case.
Funny stuff is, it you go to any drive in oil change garage in the USA, you can find hundreds of 12345 license plates in their computer data base because the originator of the sales process uses 12345 instead of the actual plate number of the customer. Quicker, I guess.
Ms Beyer is an exceptional attorney, both pleasing in her personality and extremely professional and responsive to inquiries and issues.
It was such a pleasure to have this experience handled by Ms Beyer and truly made my day joyful.

Very Rude!!!! I can’t even begin to describe how they treated me. They have complete disregard for people. I would not recommend giving them business. My husband got a parking ticket in Milwaukee but had paid for parking and did not put the ticket in the dash board. He is new to this country, speaks little English, and did not know that is the process for paid parking. After calling and emailing several times, we never heard back from the company. They then sent our information for our ticket to this law firm and they would not listen to or consider the situation. This was clearly an accident and we had already paid. They are only after your money!!!

Total scam. Sent me two notices through mail that I need to pay $100 for over parking. I called the company and they said, "you actually owe a total of $250". I even told them I called ogden city court and confirmed my ticket's were all up to date. He just said, "my records say you still owe $250". Don't pay these scammers anything.

What a stupid decision to get a legal education and then ruin your reputation by collecting parking tickets. Paid a ticket a month ago, yet they still send a harassing letter. "D" rating by the BBB, I can see why. Attorney is messing with malpractice here, based on this rating. Also they don't pick up the phone, and outgoing message has terrible grammatical errors. Hey, Ms. Beyers, it's not too late to start over, maybe try insurance defense?

This is the worst law firm/debt collector I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Got a parking ticket that I paid same day with a kiosk and now I keep getting letters telling me to pay for something I've already paid for again. I have contacted this group 15 times in the past week to have this issue resolved but every call goes straight to voicemail and no one ever calls you back. Wish I could leave a rating lower than 1.
