We hired Tom Rodriguez to provide legal assistance to obtain a financial conservatorship to protect the assets of a sibling. My wife and I wanted to protect real estate in order to provide long term housing for our adult children after we're long gone. One is on Disability and the other one has serious problems with seizures and may ultimately be on Disability as well.
