I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with the team of attorney Brian Klein and paralegal Brie Garhart. Truly, we always felt like we were their first priority—never lacking updates or feeling anything other than the process was being addressed very efficiently and with excellent representation. The attorney I met with during my consult kept yawning loudly and REPEATEDLY over the top of me and seemed really disinterested. I was made to feel like I was being a terrible bother. I get that it was a morning call, but if you arent going to at least pretend to care then maybe dont take my call? I scheduled the consult to see if this firm could be my advocate and the attorney I was paired with wasn't even able to fake being interested in my legal issue. I guess I can take solace in the fact that I found this out early in the process.

Recently I was involved in a DUI case. Last December I was cited for a DUI while driving to work when I fell asleep at the wheel and sideswiped a semi truck. Fortunately no one was injured but my car was totaled. A friend recommended Peek Goldstone and Brian Klein was assigned to my case. I can't praise Brian and his paralegal Brieanna Garhart enough for the job they did in representing me in this matter and ultimately getting the DUI charge dismissed. I've been represented by other lawyers before when I went through a couple of divorces. However, as I told Brian, they looked like amateurs compared to him. He was totally thorough in everything he did and was always available to talk to me any time of day if I needed to speak with him. If he didn't answer a call right away he always got back to me shortly. Brian was very conscious of the cost involved for me and worked hard to avoid any unnecessary fees. I had numerous conference calls with Brian and Brieanna that were very productive, and Brie always gave a lot of helpful input during out discussions. As part of the plea agreement, I had to take a virtual Zoom class and Brie even did a practice Zoom meeting with me because I had never done anything on my computer like that before. Both of them were totally professional but very down to earth and likable at the same time. Brian is very experienced and always seemed to know what actions were necessary to get the results I wanted. If I were to ever need legal representation in the future for any reason, Brian would be the only one I would call.
