I'm grateful for what he has done. My husband FINALLY got his green card, and I think that's all it matters. But not happy, this case took 11 years, and getting in hold with them was the worst part, They will never answered phone calls. We paid a LOT of money. Even though it was fully paid before getting his green card after a year I got a letter saying we have a balance, there must have been an office error in the balance because they are pretty good at collecting money. Of course, I'm wrong no matter what.

Simmons took thousands of dollars from my parents. He would ask for more money around tax season and at times my parents didn’t know if he was actually defending them. He toyed with their emotions and even called the case “easy” and still managed to loose. Do not hire this man. He was rude and unkind to the people with little to no legal knowledge. But he will gladly take your money.
