I wish I could leave more stars, like 10, 100, 1000, a million!!! If you want someone who will get the job done and get it in done right then Tom Silverman is the right choice. He will spend the time needed (and then some) to hear you out, what you want, and what you need. After you set your expectations, he will make sure you get nothing less! Not only is Tom an outstanding attorney, he has an amazing team working with him as well! He is worth every dollar and you will not be dissatisfied with their services! The Silverman Lining of DEFERRED DUI Cases
Tom Silverman is truly the “Silverman Lining” of all cases and courtrooms. And in my case, a deferred DUI sentence! That’s how good he is. His experience and expertise in law, compassion and understanding towards his clients, and attention to every little detail makes him one of a kind. With what could have been a devastating outcome for me and my future (a nursing student with a whole future ahead of her), Tom presented my case in court in a way that made me feel that I was seen for more than a case number or conviction. He made me feel like a human being and took the time to understand me and my background. He fought for my best possible outcome and it paid off! Tom is absolutely the best lawyer in the Roaring Fork Valley, and beyond. Tom tackles difficult cases with ease and gives you the best possible outcome. Tom Silverman is a caring lawyer twords his clients and a no none sense and much respected man among his peers in a court room. Competent. I was always kept in the loop and given all opportunity to help my case best I could. Pam his secretary was always sweet and easy to work with and always kept me posted via email and by phone making life much easier to adapt to. At the conclusion of my pretty serious case Tom got me a "NOT" guilty outcome ! Very good performance and a satisfied client.

Tom Silverman is an amazing lawyer. The whole team at silver man law offices are fantastic, helpful and most of all caring.
