Even though I walked in at lunch time there was still someone that answered all my questions and as well as provided me with a new card. Very friendly and professional.

Today, I went to get an Ebt card, but the lady at the front refused to assist me. Despite helping two people before me, she left me waiting for over 30 minutes. When I inquired about assistance, she denied me help, claiming she had called for the next person and the lobby was now closed. It seems she is profiling people based on their race before deciding to help someone. This was a very disappointing experience and has left me quite shocked. Not a good place to go.

As embarrassing as it already is to even walk through the doors, the fact that I was in & out so fast... (literally no more than 20 minutes), and I was blessed with the most sincere smile, & respected as a human being melted all those bad vibes away & I was back to the pad in no time!
....not to mention i was given the help I humbly asked for within 2 days. I'm grateful Miss, hopefully you feel my thx

I am old and not what I used to be but despite this the customer service and true meaning of customer care was outstanding, they are lucky to have the quality employees that work for them, they get an 11 baced on a scale of 1 to 10, thank you all soo much and know you are some of the best of the best there are in providing the services that is so many are relying on from you
