Denise and her supervisor, who's name I sadly didn't get, worked very diligently and quickly to get past a system glitch. It did take a little while, but not nearly as long as glitches have in the past. They were very professional, efficient, and pleasant. Thank you, ladies, for working so hard to solve my issue.

It is totally unacceptable to leave people on hold for over 1 hour and 45 minutes!!!
Update your horrible phone system!
I frequently deal with nearby Arapahoe county and they are much more efficient. They also have an option to be called back. And guess what they actually do call back when they say they will. No wonder your staff has to deal with so many irritated people . Absolutely ridiculous

Was met by a friendly gentleman at the information desk who quickly assisted with pointing me in the right direction. Tim Lovato in the Treasurer & Public Trustee office was kind and helped with my request in a very timely manner. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

People in the permit department are very rude. I simply call to ask a question for help on something &she treated me like I was incompetent, instead of being nice & going thru the steps with me. Like SORRY I'm not 60 & a pro!

Government Center - Public Hearing Room - Excellent Meeting Space
The Public Hearing Room is beautiful, clean, and well lighted. It's perfect for meetings or gatherings. Added extras include friendly, helpful staff, and ample parking. The adjacent area just outside the room encourages conversation, a place to make a quick call, or just relax before going back into the meeting. Recently updated a/v, wifi, carpet, furniture, too.

I'm revising this since I attended the RESEA meeting today.

I suppose it's useful for a lot of people. I have my own methods I use.

The only Work is for the employees of the protected classes that have their year after year job. If you don't have internet nor printer find a way to the middle of nowhere in Brighton to use their 2005 era equipment. That's all you will get from this complete waste of tax-payer money.
