Services for the disabled are seriously lacking and disproportionate compared to other protected classes. The disabled are victimized and exploited by way of all kinds of abuse, maltreatment, malpractice , discrimination, and regularly have their civil rights and liberties trampled upon. The woman who did the intake was rude and made a point to mention they are a small non profit and ot the most egregious situations would warrant attention. Curious what they do work on when all is said and done. I was in need of legal aid, crime victim services and an advocate because I was targeted due to disability to steal my assets. Police and HHS in my county did not respond as mandated for protection of the disabled from crimes justice what happened to me. Very dissatisfied.
