Mr Edward Crow is not the attorney you want on your side so I called north Penn they put this lawer on my side as a pro-bono after sending paperwork to him he was supposed to appeal in writing or personally he submitted paperwork and the court mishandled his letter so he got another court hearing that he needed to appeal instead he wanted me to do all the court paperwork and appeal with court fee’s when it would have been much more easier for him as an attorney to walk in file and explain he’s doing it pro bono making me exempt to any fees …after he also told me this information then he must have forgotten because he then was demanding for me to go pay the fees…
Knowing I was sick from a stoke and I was low income family….thats why I called for help from north Penn and he ended up just trying to yell at me as we ended our phone conversation….
This is not the way to help the poor or disabled..!!!

I called to think I was getting legal help and all I got was Nicole Heritage who was telling us we were wrong about everything when we already know our tenant rights. You’re better off representing yourself with some research vs getting help from these “lawyers”.

Mellon Esq, was such a great relief for me. He nipped all of my issues in the bud as soon as I met with him. The first service he did pro Bono, didn’t charge me full price for any services there after. I was in a toxic situation, he handled the opposite party appropriately and managed the situation with compassion. All I needed was my signature and physical presence for an over the phone meeting. This guy knows how to deal with narcissistic and manipulative behavior. He listens well and gives you honest to the bone answers. If you go to him with a topic that he doesn’t deal with he will refer you to someone who does. All thanks to North Penn.

I went to this law firm for an eviction case and also a relocation case for my daughter, both times they lost my case. I was poorly represented and not prepared by my lawyer to enter the court room.
I was evicted from my residence on my birthday and was planning on living on the streets, until I was pushed to submit an appeal. I represented myself on the appeal and won. For the relocation case the lawyer made the judge and everyone inside the court room annoyed. He had zero facts about me and never listened to a word I said. He did not prepare me to get on the stand. I was a mess and didn’t know what to say. My daughter was relocated to Florida md I am now being tortes by her father. THiS NON-PROFIT firm is the WORST and has zero sympathy for their incompetence:

Straight forward conferences of my situation which is what I expected why two civil cases, and a notarized paper missing from my packet on the only case I was aware of. Not sure and not there responsibility. Pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable, courteous people to offer assistance.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star I definitely would!!!!! I've tried calling this place since 9 am and no answer, phone don't work, no receptionist, no answering machine. When I got home I just now got my letter to attend on the day I was suppose to be there. So when I called, again, and finally got a hold of someone they made it out to be my fault and then a joke on top of that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's not my fault the women that work here can't do their job correctly or even be there on time. For all this hassle I should have just went on my own and actually do what needed to be done. terrible terrible people!!!!
