Ben and Janet are thee best of the best! Fantastic Law Firm. Cannot stress enough how great it was working with them throughout the entire process. I had never been in a car accident before and so glad I found Ben. He was very attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and honest. Sometimes he would call me before I called him to keep me in the loop and provide updates on my case. I had a great experience with The Sturgell Law Firm. Ben is an excellent attorney and I was pleased with the results of my case. Janet was also great to work with as well. I came to The Sturgell Law Firm because I was hit by a driver who was turning left on the wrong side of the road. Her insurance company denied my claims saying their customer is not at fault. In the end, Ben was able to not only get them to fix my car but also pay me substantial settlement for pain and suffering that I never expected. I was a passenger in an auto accident awhile back, and had no idea what to do concerning a settlement, and all the paperwork, phone calls, etc., that would need to be done. My wife and I hired Ben Sturgell for a person injury case as the result of a car accident for which we were not at fault. From the initial free consultation, Ben and Janet were always there to answer our questions (which we had MANY of).
