If it would let me give -1 I would have. They weren’t helpful, very rude, have no desire to actually provide services to anyone. I should have known better especially seeing how I attempted to use them a few years back. I was informed I would have to pay a filing fee or a hundred plus dollars. I paid the fee and never heard from them again. They never filed anything nor did I get reimbursed for paying a filing fee. Mississippi really does need a service like this except one that actually helps/provides services. Not just says no or takes money and does nothing!!!

I was trying to get legal help and counsel because I'm an unemployed homemaker dealing with a custody issue. However it was incredibly difficult to hear the woman I spoke with during the intake and therefore hard to answer questions she was asking. She was completely unhelpful and, in fact, EXTREMELY rude. I would not recommend even calling.

Had a landlord and tenant issue with eviction looming. Was at first helpful but as time went on was given the runaround and left to the wolves. The staff attorney I was assigned to just left me hanging at court and now eviction is certain. Just incompetent. She closed my case prematurely. Don't recommend nor advise.

I had called this place few times to get legal help. Hopefully I would find a consultant who is willing to help and answer my questions. Sadly every time I had called, someone always had hung up on me. That is not professional.
