Dean was beyond great, I was struggling with a situation that resulted in damage to my home. I couldn’t get calls back from the parties responsible. Once they turned claim over to The company that administers and handles their claims they quit talking to me. The claims adjuster wasn’t responding to my emails, or phone messages, his supervisor wouldn’t return any calls. Fast forward once Dean got involved it was like night and day.
