This man should never be in the position to represent anyone. His job was to defend me and my rights, yet took advantage and turned his back on me. He conveniently lost our financial agreement and is now trying to over charge me despite the proof of emails of what we had agreed to. Once he got his pay check from my settlement he stopped communicating and then terminated his services, leaving me to fend for myself for what is owed to me. Eric is not a lawyer to help people on bad situations, he’s out to get as much money as he can for himself. Please find yourself representation from someone with integrity abs professionalism. Terrible experience!!!!

I've been an attorney for more than 20 years. I had a classic car deal go bad and everyone, including my father who deals in antique/classic cars, said nothing could be done because it was an "as is" sale. I knew that was not right and another attorney referred me to Mr. Coakley. Within a month I had a full refund, reimbursement of costs and attorney fees, and even a reimbursement for the custom car cover for the vehicle. I recently had a disagreement with a company that was building a pre-fabricated steel building for me. The company refused to return any of my money after I became dissatisfied with their service and grew weary of their questional be a business practices. Eric was able to recover all of my money except for a small portion which we deemed fair payment for work that they had done.

Eric is a great lawyer that helped me with two cases with favorable outcomes my only issues was he wasn't very clear on the billing for one of the cases i thought it would be contingency and it felt like it switched to hourly that is my only complaint i still recommend him tho as he did do a good job on the two cases i had.
