literally going to just take your money and flush it down the toilet. .Spent $29,000 and didn't even make it to trial before bailing and leaving the case. Never saw any discovery and somehow managed to spend that money only filing a couple motions that had no real effect on the case. His peers can call him a rising star all he wants but he is nothing more than a scam artist looking for your money. Left his client in the worst position possible.

I was in need of a good lawyer, having had a terrible divorce lawyer to begin with who hung me out to dry.
I did a lot of research and was given the recommendation to see Aaron Belzer. When I first met with Aaron, he informed me that I did in fact have a case, but was also honest and up front in stating that it was going to be a long and tough battle. Most likely needing to go to the Court of Appeals level to seek the remedy we wanted and needed. As well, he was up front with the expense of the case, but was very confident in the fact that my case was solid and it would be reversed.
Aaron was a strong lawyer in all aspects of the case, even at the lower levels of courts. And as it turned out, Aaron was definitely the best lawyer for the situation I needed him for. His experience, knowledge and demeanor for the job at hand was excellent.
My case was a multi-year battle, and he was correct in all he said would happen in the lower level courts and was eager to take it to the Court of Appeals level, where with his patience, practice, knowledge and experience was exceptional in his legal presentation to the three judge panel. In the end, we were victorious with the outcome we were seeking, and it was a monumental victory to case law and divorce law for the State of Colorado. In addition, the change that we achieved has helped many other people who were able to go back and take advantage of our victory.
