When my spouse and I scheduled a consultation with Steven Flaxman to discuss how we can deal with our especially rapacious and incompetent landlord, we were initially skeptical that a positive outcome may be reached. Our experience as tenants in CO has taught us that, in practice, the law almost always sides with landlords, and many lawyers represent almost exclusively landlords since they're the more lucrative side to represent.
