I had spoke with many attorneys through FOP, private for injury on job. Attorney O’Toole took my case when all others said they could not help me.

I was not pleased with O Niels services. I had a 9% impairment rating on the removal of my sesmoid bone on my right toe which left me with a permanent disfigurement, O tool didn't even fight for that against insurance company . I wouldn't advise any UPS drivers to use this firm as work comp injury. He takes 20 % from each check awarded.

Met with John Sbarbaro one of the best experiences for people with older values a straight shooter not a salesman went in for a consult and he gave me nothing but insightful answers into the process of everything that im going through have not made a decision if I'm going to hire a lawyer but if I do I will definitely hire him

John Sbarbaro is fantastic. He's brilliant, ethical, and a super-nice guy! He handled my husband's workers comp case , and the end result was quite good, especially considering that the employer was CDOT, whose "risk management" department is a perfect example of the Peter Principle - with a good handful of "rampant evil" thrown in for good measure.
