My card was stolen and the woman I spoke to on the phone was unsympathetic, offered unhelpful information. I couldn’t tell if she was purposely being rude and offering long not relevant to my question answers or if something was off with her. In either case, terrible experience at this branch and will closing my account.

Ill never ever get a car loan with this bank ever again. I've never been late or short and always paid more...
5yrs later of me making dubble monthly payments when i can and paying a little more on each month and me thinking im paying off my loan faster NOPE! they just do their voodo math and say "oh your next payment gets moved up to next months later so the extra money i give them for what i thought was for principle balance pooff disappears into all the fees and interest that are separate from my monthly interest apparently.
So a 44k car loan turned into over $67k+ and growing loan every month, it seems like they never want to let you off the hook and pay off your loan because of all the hidden interest fees on top on the 11.240%.
You'll NEVER get a clear answer on how to pay your loan off faster, even asking about a payoff payment is only good for that day because they say they can't calculate the daily interest and fees because apparently those are charges daily and monthly and apparently also matters if you pay on-line w/ a card or call and pay using an acct. Number or cash like WTF, so they can make up fees that apparently are not in your contract and they have apparently no way of telling you either what those fees are, but they can dictate what goes to principle and what goes to interest never a straight answer.
If this is not the definition of a predatory loan, i don't know what is.
And if you are confused reading this how do you think i feel when they tell you, you still have a year and half left to pay off a continuous growing loan that NEVER seems to go down.
Look elsewhere for any type of car loan people.

Just used their ATM, went inside to exchange some bills, since their ATM only stocks 20’s. They did it, but as an “exception” since they , I guess she was the manager said “have been having trouble tracking cash.” What a shocking level of incompetence. Everything gets tracked by computer once typed in, what exactly is the problem? The clerk was nice, but way to limit customer service. I can’t imagine actually banking at this place. Way to make Wells Fargo look like the leaders in customer service.

I genuinely love this bank, my only complaint is how they handle having to get quarters.
If im at the bank it is already a chore, and having to wait for someone to get them is just really not convient.
I feel like they really listen to the customers since the app was updated and chaged to an amazing user face better than anticipated
Maybe this will be a thing too.

Worst. I would give a negative stars if I could.

1.APR
They would speak about their low APR on the credit card, but never would about their high minimal payment. At lease never in my case.

2. Collateral Protection Insurance coverage
I feel probably this is the most sketchy thing at canvas.
They would add a 100 dollar on your loan if the vehicle doesn't have a full coverage on it. It tells about it on the contract so tiny but does not tell about how much the fee is, and the banker would never talk about it too. At least never in my case.
I have been paying my loan at the bank but none of the workers told me that the fee was getting added to my loan until I found it out myself after a year, even I was walking in to the bank at least twice a month. They told me that they send out a letter about it, but who would pay attention to a letter when they have asked all the letters to be sent electronically through an email ? And somehow they would send you this information only in a letter with no reasonable reason. All I heard from them was "because that's the way we do it".
And it will take almost forever to have them process this problem comparing to how fast they take money from you. This department needs more people to handle this problem if they are continuing this business in the way they are. However, its harder to talk to them now.
It took me over 2 weeks to have a refund but that was just a part of what they have taken from me.

3. Poor customer service
They are so late even with what they've said they would do it as fast as possible or sometime never do it. I asked them couple things for me about the Collateral protection insurance but they never did until I walked into the bank a few days later.
