I contacted Joyce when I found myself in need of representation for a very difficult divorce. I consulted with multiple attorneys but connected with Joyce. She took the time to listen to what I was experiencing, provide invaluable advice and was both empathetic and firm. From beginning to end, Joyce was thorough, professional and at the top of her game. She put in endless hours preparing us for my temporary orders hearing. It was a bit of a dire situation and the resulting spousal support and attorney fees awarded to me were more than I could have asked for. She quite obviously out-prepared the opposing attorney to a degree that was almost embarrassing to witness. Thanks to Ms. Vigil, I have been able to achieve a satisfactory resolution settlement to my case without the need for a trial. I literally don’t know what I would have done without Joyce and her girls, and their support and ongoing commitment to me and my case. Joyce has been more than understanding, she is very thorough in explaining all details and has been patient to all her clients. Joyce Vigil has represented me in my divorce. She along with her hard working and very professional staff have helped, worked tirelessly and supported me through some very large obstacles throughout this process. I would like to counter the negative and honestly slanderous claims by Ms. Oaks. She is the partner to my now ex husband, which should explain her feelings and stance a bit more. However, it does not excuse the slander and harsh unnecessary criticism in her review as Ms oaks was not represented by Joyce in the case she is referring to. Joyce and her staff are hardworking, honest professionals that get their job done and know how to do it very well. There are no cases of blackmail, there are no investigations with the bar association. She does not have the authority to revoke parental care. She can however give you a platform to properly present your case to the judge. Divorce is never really a win or lose for anyone. It’s unfortunate and a hard part of life but if you’re finding yourself in need of a lawyer that will fight for you when it counts then you have found her. As stated before Joyce Vigil does her job and she does it well! I would highly recommend Joyce Vigil to anyone that is in need of great representation.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Doesn't return phone calls, Doesn't look after the best interests of her clients doesn't keep in contact to keep them up on decision making or what is happening in their cases. not worth your time. a waste of your time and money. I submitted color photos for my divorce and she uploaded them in black and white, so the judge dis regarded them and awarded them to my ex. She never once asked to have them resubmitted. I'm still trying to get the things awarded to me due to her incompetence.
