I placed a call to this firm this morning requesting information about whether they could represent me in a TRO situation. Seth Johnson returned my call promptly. He listened to my request and asked pertinent questions. He them recommended another course of action for me which would address all issues. This course of action would involve a different law firm's services and he was able to recommend two firms for me. He also explained what I should request from the judge at my upcoming hearing in order to facilitate the end result without escalating the situation. He was patient and kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I would highly recommend him.

He got my case dismissed!
This could have meant serious jail time, but Seth presented the evidence to the DA, and in ten minutes the charges disappeared!
Seth also keeps his fees very reasonably priced so even the common man can afford a top notch defender.

I live in New Orleans and needed an attorney to expunge my criminal record in Pueblo County. I called and messaged a dozen (mabey more) attorneys across Colorado. 2 responded. Both charging the same fee. I chose Seth because our first phone conversation he already had all of my record pulled up, informed me of the fines and restitution I owed. I didn't know i had fines.
(Pueblo court told me i owed nothing.) Seth treated me with respect. Seth didn't sound like he was too busy or as though I was bothering him. The other attorney did not. Seth was hassle free, did a speedy job, which is something I did not expect. I paid, I signed, answered a few questions and in a 3 months done. He also reduced my fines by $1500.00. Hire him!

We thank Seth Johnson, for his commitment, time and efforts in our case and highly recommend Seth for whatever your legal need might be.
When the legal situation arose with our family member, I sought to find an attorney with experience, understanding and desire to assist a client in this very difficult situation they had unwittingly created for themselves. Someone who understood how to maneuver in a legal system that doesn’t allow many options for the mentally ill was necessary.
With these criteria in mind, my search was on to find that attorney. I believe with all my heart, GOD led me to Seth Johnson.
Seth had the goal of keeping my loved one out of prison, where we both agreed, he would not survive. He knew exactly what process to follow and calmed us many times in the process, spending whatever time necessary to ensure we properly understood all possible outcomes for our case and making sure we understood every step before it happened. He executed each step with knowledge and precision to achieve the desired outcome.
His fees were very reasonable and additional fees were never requested, even with unforeseen delays. This case was expected to be completed within approximately one year but due to COVID and other unavoidable delays ended up taking two and one-half years. With this case taking so long, it collided with Seth’s plans to move to another state. Even with that move, Seth was faithful to our case and saw it through to conclusion.
Our case dealt with mental illness which is devastating to the affected person as well as the family that loves them. In many cases irrational beliefs have overtaken their thoughts and our hands are tied to help the adult person we care for so deeply; leaving us left to watch them create and fall deeper into legal issues with catastrophic outcomes they have unwittingly created for themselves. The thought of prison is unbearable, as we know this sick person will not survive prison life, either taking their own life or another inmate taking it for them. Yet our judicial system moves on not knowing how to properly deal with mental illness with their ultimate goal being to get them off the street no matter how or where. With the misperceived stigma on Mental illness, it is difficult to find professionals with the desire and understanding to assist those bound up in the results of this devastating disease. Mental Illness is a medical problem just like heart disease or diabetes.
We are forever grateful and cannot say enough good things about Seth Johnson and his willingness and knowledge to maneuver in a legal system that does not offer positive solutions for the mentally ill. His integrity has no limits. Through Seth’s unending diligence, we received the desired outcome which includes freedom and treatment to move forward with rebuilding the life of our loved one.
I pray for God’s grace and peace on Seth and his family.
