Matt and Toni are wonderful.

Matt Striegel and his team were a beacon of light during a very dark time in my life after I was involved in a serious car accident. A coworker referred me to Matt the morning after my accident and I called him immediately, which was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Right away Matt began working my case and advising me even before I signed any paperwork. With Matt, I not only got an exceptionally talented attorney, I also got a fighter, negotiator, advocate, supporter, sympathizer and a friend. There are truly no words strong enough to express my gratitude. After an ordinary trip to the grocery store, I was stopped at a red light and hit by a drunk driver that totaled my new car and left me with multiple injuries. My injuries appeared subtle at first and because of misdiagnoses and medical delays it took almost three years for me to reach maximum medical improvement. Despite the long process, Matt never suggested or pressured me to settle my case and solely focused on my medical recovery while he and his team continually collected all the documentation and paperwork needed to build my case. I went through two surgeries, five rounds of physical therapy, multiple injections and alternative treatments as well as suffering from a concussion, PTSD and chronic pain. I was not always the easiest client but throughout this painful journey Matt was available to address my questions or concerns 24/7, his support, patience, calm demeanor and gentle encouragement kept me moving forward when at times I wanted to give up. Once I achieved maximum medical improvement, Matt had already built a strong case and was able to quickly reach resolution while avoiding litigation. He worked with the insurance companys to get me the maximum financial settlement for my case and also negotiated with my health care company to reduce my lien despite their initial firm refusal. My accident cost me around $13,000 out of pocket and Matt was able to get me reimbursed for all my expenses as well as a very sizable sum for pain and suffering that I was able to use as a down payment for a new home. I am grateful for the financial recovery of my case but I’m equally thankful and relieved that my injuries have healed, my PTSD and chronic pain have subsided, and I know I wouldn’t have achieved this without Matt’s focus on my recovery and legal expertise handling my case.
