The last thing any home seller or buyer wants to worry about is the work being done on the back end to get him to the closing table and beyond. I've had the privilege of working with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Jessica Curtis a handful of times in the past five years. The entire team is so friendly, so thorough, and so competent. When we've hit speedbumps together, I've learned that no challenge is too great, and those concerns are always taken seriously and resolved as quickly as possible. My most recent experience with Fidelity was probably the most impressive. Three calls to get a invoice paid on an emergency work that had to be done for a closing.......was assured that all is good, information was understood, great...... NOT at closing........ didn't know what address to send it to.( Covered) who to write the check to ( covered ) and still got it all wrong . So here we are over 21 days out still no good check ! Very unreliable Unorganized ,and terrible costumer service!!!!!
