Everytime I go here, they never just give me what I ask for. Either snarky or smirking comments, getting too much Into personal situations, wrong Infomation. or they'll try to talk you out of something. I was just there and the lady wouldn't even give me what I asked for. The only person to actually help me was the thick dark skin auntie w the braids and glasses. I appreciate her.

These people will not let you hold a woman accountable

The staff in this office is rude and condescending. Don’t ask a question or you will get an attitude. I received no help because the line was long which could’ve been avoided. When I got there it was myself and someone in front of me. The one lady could see the line growing but was focused on someone inside. When the other lady came to the door she was very rude and clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I received no help and some of the staff need a course in customer service.

The ladies there must be over worked and under paid. They must really hate their job because those were some rude and condescending women all but one. She was a different race.

Lucky you is not only beautiful, its stylists are also beautiful inside and out! They are professional and knowledgeable in ALL natural hair types! They are talented and do lots of work within the community. The owners Latika & Connie are amazing as well. I LOVE this salon. They have also been nominated for the community awards on several different occasions. Go check them out; you are SURE to be pleased.

The staff here is very rude, except for the child support lady, cant remember her name...Ms Smith maybe. With the exception of her, the other people just look through you like you are scum. I feel that if I were a different ethnicity my experience would have been different, I say that because I asked the exact same questions as the gentleman and lady after me, who were a different ethnicity than myself. They were given step by step instructions verbally, and I was told to refer to the book on the shelf.

The Mecklenburg County Self-serve center is a great place to get legal resources you need. The staff is helpful and much more courteous than some other government agencies that I have visited in Charlotte. They are knowledgeable and willing to explain processes and give directions. They made sure that I was aware of fees and options available to me without giving any legal advice. I find that many officials will say that they can't give legal advice and then don't give any advice- AT ALL but that was not the case here. It took the guess work out of the process. Filing my civil cases ended up being much simpler than I thought. I would recommend this center.

Would've been convenient to be able to complete paperwork there and if there was a notary on site. This is still a great option though for self service divorce.
