I almost gave up even though Kerri told me don’t give up, Rincon would us a home. I was so discouraged I suggested to my wife let’s look at other small CO mountain towns. She answered if it’s not Creede I’m not interested.

Well, the women at Rincon came through. We could not be happier with our new home as well as all the help before during and after the sale. I highly recommend this company. We've been going to Creede in the summer for the past few years and fell in love with it. When it came time to find a place there, Kerri and everyone at Rincon were exactly what we needed! They showed us all the options in the area, guided us through the process, and provided the kind of small town knowledge that's needed in a place like Creede. And they didn't disappear once the purchase was complete. They've been amazing helping us get our place set up and pointing us in the right direction for everything we need to get the house perfect.

It took me nearly a year to find the right house in Creede. In this market, having a fantastic real estate team is paramount. Also, I'm quite a bit particular and they took it all with grace. Lisa was my primary buyers agent but the entire team at Rincon helped. They found me a great house.
