Not a fan of the Aurora location. There are so many mirrors I just could not go.. then.. "you got one more minute"

Hey, I get having to verify, just realize more supervision, less success. Don't expect folks to go by timing them when you got HID lights and four mirrors of every type with a dude standing behind you. Pick one. If you gotta look, just go to the side like we are all used to.

They do accept cards which is nice but for me Golden is just as close and they don't put your junk on stage so we can all get those minutes back and get on with our lives.

I got sent here because of a fraudulent CPS report. The Agent understands the corruption on the other side of the case (we're human trafficking survivors), and since I have nothing to hide, I had no problem submitting a urine sample to prove that I'm not taking recreational drugs. The staff here were very cool too. They have a woman and a man available for the supervised tests. While the supervised nature of the test is invasive, I understand that they need to ensure that no "funny business" happens, especially in legal cases. The woman taking my sample was very courteous and professional, even though I got a case of "stage fright bladder". She was very patient in explaining the procedure for preparing the sample. I came, I saw, I urinated!

Female with glasses who does the U.A's is very helpful, sincere and polite deserves a raise in my opinion. Never had a bad experience until the african american male was rude and gave attitude like if he was better than me. He should be replaced immediately.

Proudly bringing back the concept of debtor's prison. As I was told today, "This is a business and we are here to make money." When I was unable to pay my balance I was told I would be removed from the program and sent back to jail even though I have clean UA's and am working and my PO says I am doing what I am supposed to do. Go figure.

ICCS Kendall is the only open location it seems. I don't get why I get an email from probation giving me 20 locations and you people only have one location open.

Only one dude to do uas probation ankle things and a long wait sometimes. Not his fault but the unorganised lack of foresight by intervention. And no weekends like all the others. But it's not 30 miles away from my house
