I had worked with Jennifer McGinn for years on our case. She was great to work with! She never wasted my time (and therefore money), gave solid advice, was always prepared and really stood up for my daughter and I. She had provided me with the knowledge I needed to move forward in the right direction every time.
She was able to get my daughter all the back child support that her biological father had owed for years by utilizing her knowledge and acting quickly.

Jennifer McGinn is an amazing person and lawyer! For the last year,she has done nothing but help me, and she got me back to my biological father finally. I had been in a bad situation before I had met her but the judge has assigned her to me as my Guardian Ad Litem, and she made sure I was getting treated better and the help and support I needed. Before I had met her, I had been very insecure and scared of just about everything. Then I met her and she made sure that I had what I needed but made sure that if I needed anyone to talk to, that she could talk to me when she was available. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything that she has done for me as well as my family!!! Thank you Jennifer!!!! 🤩

We used Jennifer for our CFI Investigation a year ago. Jennifer did a great job on her interviews and report. Her report and investment into our case was initially great. Jennifer's report revealed problems in the mother-son relationship and she really listened to what the kids wanted. However, when it came time to testify in court (which took up the entire hour we had in court), she didn't say anything to the judge that was in her report and completely backed down when standing up for what the kids wanted or backing what was in her report in regards to custody. So, if you suspect she will have to testify in court, I wouldn't use her.

Very happy with the outcome. I wanted to make sure I had the right lawyer to approach my case for me. I did more than a handful of consultations and felt Jennifer cared and I wasn't just another case.
This was a few years of hardships and trauma that was positively reinforced by the support and effort from the McGinn team. I have full custody of my child plus more! I wanted the best placement and care for everyone in this situation and Jennifer made that a reality. I'm thankful!

I had a relocation case. My son's mother wanted to move to GA. I told her what was going on. She came to conclusions that was all smoking mirrors. When we got to court, I was worried because I thought they were making good case, mind you they went first. But when went up to cross examine my son's mother, Mrs McGinn revealed all the lies to the judge, same with my baby Mama's witness. The truth was revealed thanks to Mrs McGinn. And her closing argument was so strong it was like my son's mother and her lawyer were left with nothing to say. She got the best possible outcome for my son. And I am very thankful she was able/willing to represent me. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have her representations or if I would have lost my son. Would I recommend Mrs McGinn? Of I would.

I usedJennifer for a child custody issue I haven't seen my daughter in five years!!! needless to say the outcome was horrible!! and everything I had written down to prepare for trial and all the questions and things I wanted her to say she didn't say one thing!! I pushed the paper over to her to cross examine and tell the judge..and she didn't say anything she just pushed the paper back to me and said quit crying or the judge will ask you to leave the courtroom...there are some things that should have been said that could have made a big difference!! but instead I got nothing and almost every time she showed up late!! I feel I would have my daughter if I would have had a different lawyer!!!

Don't ever use this law firm the will bend you over and you'll lose your kids. Just don't do it. Save your self and find a different lawyer
