They offer the best gift wrapping service I’ve ever encountered. They were solely responsible for wrapping all the gifts this Christmas. In fact, the gifts were wrapped so exceptionally well next year that I’m contemplating purchasing empty boxes and having them wrapped so I can use them as decorative props underneath the Christmas tree. There are simply too many positive aspects of their service and customer interaction to mention.

Beautiful store , customer service is amazing! I live about 45 min away, pass 2 UPS stores and countless post offices, but still wait to do my business when I'm in town to do business here!
Johnna helped me and was more than helpful!
She was kind, funny, and was helping another old lady and a co worker!
She was a multi tasker, yet extremely efficient and professional!
I run 5 retail stores and would hire her as an employee any day!

I have been using Pack & Ship for mailing my families gifts for at least the last 10 years and the owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had them pack a variety of large and small items and they've been great every time. They have funny greeting cards there if you need one in a pinch, which I did for a couple of family members for Christmas. I have also used them for copying services for an estate, which was a lot of paper and they gave me a good price. I recommend customers there from my work that need faxing and notary services. Check them out, you will be pleased 😃

Excellent attention to details and super helpful staff. Tony helped me with a big project and took his time with such patience and attention. A rare experience these days. They can get busy have a good amount of employees and the lines move quickly.
