Keith was the notary for our recent refinance on our home. I wasn’t sure how signing this paperwork was going to work due to the current pandemic and I didn’t feel real sure about going to an office somewhere. Working with Keith was fantastic, he reached out a few days in advance of our closing and introduced himself. Due to the pandemic Keith was actually going to bring all the paperwork to us so we didn’t have to go anywhere. We set up a time that worked for us which was actually a weekday evening and Keith had no problem with our schedule. He even asked us how what our confort level was with masks or if he needed to have additional PPE to ensure we were safe and comfortable. Thankfully we don’t have any high risks folks at home but I appreciate that he was willing to go the extra mile to give us addition peace of mind. Closing was a breeze as Keith was on time and prepared. He was knowledgeable about the forms we were signed and explained each one of them to us in detail as we went through the process. Closing took about an hour and since we were home we were even able to start dinner midway though the closing and not completely throw off our daily routine. Overall I was very pleased with Keith’s professionalism, friendliness, and overall knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a notary.
