Carl is the absolute best with tax resolution and the only person to use! After going through lots of other companies/people who said they could help me with my back-owed taxes and nothing was getting resolved, luckily I found Carl and he ACTUALLY took care of my situation and made promise of his word. Certain life situations happened and I fell behind on my taxes and owed a big amount of money, but Carl was able to set up an offer & compromise to settle my debt for a fraction of what was owed. He kept on top of the IRS, negotiated always in my best interests, and was very responsive consistently. He made my situation and myself feel valued and heard for once compared to anyone else and is the only person I would ever recommend for tax resolution! He is a real life hero who saved me in this very difficult situation and am grateful for him.

My wife and I engaged Carl Miller for Tax preparation services for our 2021 return. Him and his assistant Victoria were by far the most professional and knowledgeable people we've dealt with for navigating the ins and out of tax law. My wife started a business in 2021 and our taxes became very complicated. We were stressed to say the least but his team took charge and truly got us every deduction/credit we could legally claim. Without them we wouldn't have know what deductions or even how to claim. We attempted to use multiple different tax softwares prior to reaching out to Carl Miller and every one of them missed huge deductions that we rightfully qualify for but Carl Miller was able to identify them. Victoria was 100% professional and had fantastic communication skills. She answered every email and picked up every phone call I had very promptly without regard for the time of day. They truly had our backs and were there to support us every step of the way. The backup and the documentations they frequently requested throughout the whole process was very tedious at times but it was well worth it knowing my return will be 100% backed up with required documentation should any questions arise.

Carl Miller was amazing to work with. My wife and I had been putting off our living will and planning for the future because we thought it would be a pain to do. Carl made it so simple. He sent us some paperwork via E-mail to look over and discuss and then met with us to go over those questions and get the answers he needed. After he put it all together we met to sign everything, he put it all together in a binder for safe keeping and we were done. It was very easy to do.
