相談内容次第では、それなりに頼りになるらしい。
ただし消費者センター系は、基本的にほとんど何の権限も与えられていないため、

詐欺まがいの業者に引っ掛かり、サプリメントの初回お試し100円でとの商品を契約してしまいましたら、申し込むと2回目送付分４万円も払ってもらいます、という手口でした。
担当者の方が何日もかけて交渉して下さり、初回のみの購入で解約します、とのメールを業者から受け取るまでして頂けました。
頭の下がるようなプロフェッショナルなご担当者様でした。
