相手側に寄り添った対応はされていると思いますが、完全に我々が悪みたいな感じで話されたので少しカチンときました。

失礼極まりない対応をされました。
相談員は敬語すらまともに使えないようですし、それだけでなく人を小馬鹿にするように笑ったり、余計な一言も多く、電話対応では話の途中で切られましたし、とにかく無神経です。
運悪く質の悪い相談員に当たってしまっただけかもしれませんが・・・。
