When I needed someone to help de-escalate a contentious situation with my ex-wife, I was referred to Nick Sung at Knies, Helland & McPherson. His level of competence, friendly communication, and analysis of the central conflicts helped get us through negotiation and resolve the majority of our outstanding issues. Nick was plain, yet kind, in pointing out where we were being stubborn and causing our own problems in addition to the places where there was opportunity to reclaim some ground that I had given up previously. And he stayed focused on the most important thing - that the outcome we were fighting for was the best outcome for my children.

The support staff at KHM was also top-notch, with a smooth intake and timely communication about deadlines and costs. Ms. Knies also provided excellent advice and support throughout the process. Everyone at the firm was also cost-conscious and tried to minimize overhead or filings that were not likely to succeed without unnecessarily dragging the proceedings out.

I cannot recommend KHM enough, and Nick in particular, for calming down family law situations and getting to a resolution without spending an exorbitant amount of money.
