Gerri Russell is not pleasant or easy to work with at the Oakhurst location. The lack of communication on her part put us in a huge bind. We emailed her to let her know and she was very unprofessional she shifted blame yelled in caps and was awful at her job. She made a huge mathematical error approx $3k off! She never called at the end either our agent to let her know she could pick up the keys! She also never called us to let us know our closing documents and check were ready. Just a horrible experience but they have no management in Oakhurst so that is probably how she gets by with a lot of unsaid complaints etc.
