If you’re thinking about it- do it. Kevin and his team made the whole process easy and painless. Kevin Simon saved my financial life!
2024 has been the worst year for me financially. I work (worked is more accurate) in Film & TV as a video/film editor and, until covid hit and last year, the crippling film & TV strikes, my financial life was pretty great.

Hiring the Law Office of Kevin Simon was the best decision I could have made when making the hard decision to file bankruptcy. Kevin thoroughly explained the process to me and even helped me to avoid making a potentially costly and time consuming mistake had I decided to DIY filing. I greatly appreciated his expertise and him taking the time to explain the process to me in a way I understood.

The fee was more than reasonable, as I had consulted with other attorneys as well, and I was able to begin the process by paying an initial retainer; with other attorneys the ENTIRE fee had to be paid before they would start the process.
