Very unprofessional and unethical. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Update 2/9/22 - I did reach out, but you said the charges were valid. But it's baffling how you "worked" on my case, when In fact you didn't have any of my information to work on. Since the fee had to be paid in full to start the work. Very contradicting. So I filled a complaint with the State Bar of California. Your practices aren't illegally so they didn't do anything. But they sure are unethical.
It's funny how you can't find my information, well it's because I never gave it to you !! But u stated u couldn't give me a refund because you did work on my case!!! How pathetic.

My name is Eugenia Salvan . I hired this Lawer agency to solve my bankcrupcy case . The only thing they did for me very good was to ask me to pay the money , the representation , well nothing . They change 3 lowers in almost 5 months . The only person you can talk to is the Secretary who make you believe they are lowers everywhere in the office but ... nobody to talk . I lost one time a lot of money with the paralegal and I was hopping hiring a lawyer will be better . No way . They need just your money that's all . Now , I have no idea what to do : my money gone ( more then $ 1300 ) nobody to talk to . Bad , bad and bad again .
