Waste of time unless you have an easy case that will win for sure. If your case is winning but requires work they still won’t take it. Lazy lawyers and they just want something easy to win so they can steal 33.3% off of your money

Case took 3 years, and got switched to several different attorneys before getting a permanent one. always had to call to check up on case because I never got an update if I didnt call. I'm happy that my case won, just unhappy with the fact I was told at the beginning of my case is that if I won, attorney fees would range from 10-33% depending on if taken to trial. I was charged 40%. Trying to find my paperwork that shows up to 33%. Other than that, no complaints.

I think i have given this law-firm a chance before i take the next steps.
I hired them 3 or 4 years ago now to handle my husbands immigration case and guess what they hired a debarred attorney to give us legal advise and he had a big office antonio Salazar Reyna who was debarred from Washington for doing exactly what he did to us . We went into a contract with him in the carrazco law-firm in tustin. We paid up front all of our retainer fees which we got a receipt and a retainer

The guy took off with our file and our money i called the firm and they told me antonio no longer worked there not to mention they had no record of us.

So i sent a copy of our retainer and receipt to angel and Robert and they said they would help me . Then they hire cynthia ramz a paralegal from san diego to help in our case and she needed to do our 601 a waiver and she copied someone else's waiver and lied about many things that could have made my waiver denied she misspelled many words and was not professional.

To this date i dont know what is going on with my case i called immigration and they said nothing has been filed .

Im scared my husbands case wont get approved because they dont know what there doing i dont know what they were thinking on bringing on immigration if that is not there forte or have no knowledge of it.

I call and call for angel the owner and he doesnt call back yesterday and today and no call back .

I will be filing a complaint with the bar and police department im done with this.

Update: 7-7-19

There assistant called for me to change my review im like i will put that you paid an outside attorney to handle my case since your firm was not able to do my case . But im still awaiting the outcome with your reffered attorney . I was never given the opportunity to pick my new attorney i could only use theres. And yes angel carrazco meet with me and agreed to transfer my case to araceli Gutierrez so till my case gets finished this review will stay up since its the truth .

Also carrazco assistant that is working my case told me that the waiver was mailed out incorrectly. Then told me in the meeting it wasn't sent to immigration they just made me panic
