1. On Friday afternoon, June 14, 2024, I wanted to serve a Demand for Retraction, a requirement before a libel suit, on a nearby business owner who in Google Maps reviews, in response to my bad review of the business, made false statements about me. I clicked on ABC's website and thought I would fill out some items, and I could always exit later. I found the website very attractive and easy to use, and in a moment was excited to be at the "submit" button and clicked it.

2. A great local process server picked this up, went out the very next day, Monday, and made two attempts. The business was closed for the week for construction in their office, and it seems a construction worker had gone out for a moment leaving it unlocked, and the process server took 9 photos inside the business showing no one was there, and I could easily see all of these photos on the ABC website.

3. I next used their website chat feature to ask if I could suspend the serve until the next week, and the chat person replied immediately and enthusiastically and helpfully, and I was delighted that there was no cost to suspend the serve, and I could easily do so with one click and did.

4. The following Monday I resumed the serve, and the same server picked it up and did the serve the next morning before 9 a.m., then posted on the website the legal proof of service. I am elated.

This was fantastic at every moment. The server himself of course did great, but the website functionality was a pure joy and the support person for the suspend was great. Perfect and a joy at every step. I highly recommend ABC Legal.

They ask me to pay another 145 to change an address, because the original address was vacant after only 1 attempt. Mean while their service say up to 5 attempt.

The company does not have professional organization, and the employees lose important documents. The talk more instead of working, thats why they have plenty of errors and loads of backed up mail. I do not recommend this company, they are a waste of time. Not to mentioned they have lame company skype meetings that are a complete waste of time.

DO NOT USE ABCLEGAL!!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! SCAM!!! JOB REF-8185151. Would give negative stars is possible.
Process server said no access to door on first attempt. Took photo of side of non-gated entrance as proof of attempt. 2nd attempt photo shows on side of road/trees - no way to determine location. Attempts to contact company by phone leads to being placed on hold forever. No attempt is made by ABCLEGAL to take messages or respond to phone calls. No attempt to make realistic effort to serve defendant.

Company BASED in SEATTLE: Told ABCLegal that I would need to fax documents or send by mail. ABCLegal then informed me company company based in Seattle and would need to mail documents there for PROCESS SERVICE in DALLAS. That they do NOT have a fax machine.
