I was greeted with a "Hello" as soon as I walked into the office. I was treated with respect and dignity. The office staff was kind and did not make me feel like I was a loser because i was filling Bankruptcy. I did call a few other attorneys but did not feel comfortable with their response to my questions. I made the right decision to use Saint Michael's Legal Center. I would certainly recommend this firm to anyone that needs help like I did.

It’s so sad how St.Michael Law School is ran. First I was told to get a letter from my church and provide copies of my W-2 forms. And I would be able to get legal advice. Lies I tell you! After I around at the documentation asked and a letter from Moffitt Cancer Center. Still no help I was told that I needed to get a different letter from my church. After trying to get this letter from church. I hit a dead end because they don’t offer this kind of counseling. So after 2 months of faxing documents and driving up to the law school. I was told today 6/18/19 that without that letter we can’t help you. If I was not sick I could afford my own private attorney. Someone needs to come in and clean house. Fire everyone Starting at the front desk!!!!!! Good luck and God bless If you get this law school to represent you for free.

It's pretty sad that mothers get no help when trying to fight in family law cases. Bay Area Legal referred me and when I called St. Michael's Legal Center I was told what I was doing was wrong and why the courts wouldn't help me with no real advice on what to do moving forward. I pray for better help for mothers like me (employed but needing a little financial help with legal aide/representation) but unfortunately I haven't found any real help. Good luck & God Bless!

Harrison Standley is phenomenal. He helped me tremendously. He took the time to explain everything to me step by step. He made sure that I completely understood how everything was going to work.
